SIGNED BY COOK on the front free endpaper. Warmly inscribed to Robert Ray Tiresley. Cook's signature is rather uncommon, especially in this edition. A tiny cloth ship to rear edge of cover and light rubbing at spine edges, else a tight, clean and whole copy. Scarce.
